Anhui Biochem United Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd(ABUP) has maximum capacity , most complete varieties of anti-HBV and anti-HIV/AIDS API manufacturing base of China. It covers the area of 27.5 acres. The manufacturing base is designed in strict accordance with the FDA and Chinese GMP requirements ,it's able to product dozens of AIPs and intermediates, such as Lamivudine, Zidovudine, Nevirapine, Lopinavir, Emtricitabine, Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate and Lafutidine.
In order to expand the international market and improve management level of product quality, ABUP is actively preparing for the international registration of APIs. At present, Lamivudine API has been approved by US FDA (DMF No.: 20468), Health Canada (DMF No.: 2008036) and Brazilian Ministry of Health. China SFDA has granted GMP approval for Lamivudine, Lafutidine, Zidovudine and Nevirapine API with GMP certificate. Besides, other FDA, EU and WHO registration works of products have been launched .
